| The Magnet Sites are online resources and facilities that are built to put the Internet to productive use in educational settings. There are three themes - student activities, programme management and teacher support.
They are ‘dynamic’ in that the sites are linked to databases in ways that allow different sorts of interaction, including collaborative working, project planning and the sharing of views and opinions. The Magnet Sites have been developed by Trilby Multimedia in collaboration with Dudley MBC directorate of Education and Lifelong Learning. Currently in use by Dudley, Walsall MBC, Wigan LEA, Birmingham LEA and BREAZ (Blackheath and Rowley Excellence in Cities EAZ).
