StaffMag.net is a system for planning, managing and reporting on out of school hours learning. The site was developed to assist LEAs in managing the NOF Funding given for out of hours school clubs, however it has proved to be useful in tracking uses of all sorts of funding.
The system allows school to enter details about activities that are to take place, then providing a report on them once they are complete. The Activity contracts can be searched via a sophisticated search screen and the results displayed for printing or emailing to parents, governors and NOF.
StaffMag.net is leased to the LEA on an annual contract and prices are based on the number of schools accessing the system. StaffMag.net is currently in use in Birmingham, Dudley, Sandwell (BREAZ), Walsall and Wigan.
